Ready to apply? Fill out our application form below to commence your journey with Blinkies Early Education Centres. A processing fee of $20 is payable on application. In order to provide a smooth transition into care we encourage families to also apply for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) as soon as possible and prior to commencing care. This allows time to process your application so your CCS fee reduction is ready for when care care is commenced. CCS application can be completed online through MyGov or in person at Centrelink.
